Our Client Commitment
We aim to deliver the highest quality service to all of our clients. We endeavour to understand their needs and to locate candidates that closely match those needs. We use our extensive network and in-depth knowledge of the compliance, risk management and related professions to ensure that the interests of both the client and candidates are closely aligned.
Exclusivity and Flexibility
While we prefer to work on an exclusive basis on assignments, we are flexible and will work with our clients on whatever basis best suits their needs.
Guarantees
Should one of our clients leave the employment of a client for any reason associated with performance, breach of procedure or misconduct within six months (for search assignments) or three months (for other assignments) of the date of appointment, we will endeavour to locate a suitable replacement at no additional cost, except for the cost to re-advertise if necessary.
Fees
Our fees are both competitive and flexible and vary depending on the nature of the assignment and the seniority of the postion. We value long-term client relationships and this is reflected in our fee scales.
Whilst we may vary our fees from time to time we will advise you of any changes prior to undertaking a new assignment.
Terms
By requesting or accepting an interview with any candidate we represent, or by not entering into further discussions with our office specifically regarding our terms, we will presume that you have accepted our terms of business.
No alteration to our standard fees or terms of business is acceptable unless confirmed in writing by a Director of CRM.
The full fee is payable for any applicant referred to an employer who commences employment in any capacity, within twelve months of referral.
Payment Terms
All fees are payable within 14 days of dated invoice and are non-refundable.GST at 10% applies to all invoices raised.
