We have 2 temporary compliance roles available.

POSITION 1: COMPLIANCE MANAGER

Use your prior experience and set up the Compliance Obligations Register for this organisation. 3 – 6 month contract

• Set up the Compliance Obligations Register
• Identify existing controls in place and document
• Risk assessment and prioritising

Requirements

• 3+ years’ experience in Compliance, banking preferred
• Experience creating / maintaining an obligations register
• Ability to identify relevant applicable legislation and document existing controls
• Exposure to payments highly desirable

POSITION 2: COMPLIANCE OFFICER (potential to go permanent)

This organisation is becoming a bank and the initial focus is on compliance around their marketing push. You will be involved with:

• Researching and translating regulation
• Compliance with advertising, disclosure provisions including comparison rate advertising & various other compliance requirements

Requirements:

• Ability to understand and incorporate regulations into advertising material and disclosure provisions
• Knowledge of ASIC Act, FSR and NCCP
• Ideally, exposure to retail banking
• A quick learner
