You will become part of a high calibre Operational Risk and Compliance team, working with and supported by other Managers. You will take responsibility for the Control Self Assessment Program based on the principles of SOX, Internal Audit and GS007. This role will appeal to a Chartered Accountant looking for their first move into an operational risk management role.
You will have:
- 3-5 years experience
- Exposure to financial services
- Knowledge of risk control and governance frameworks
- Awareness of risk management and methodologies
Combined with the above you will have a willingness to roll up your sleeves as well as have the ability to coach and influence the business. You will have a proactive approach and high ethical standards, be commercially aware and customer focused.
