Our client is a major player in the stockbroking business. They have an established operational risk function that is valued for its capacity to partner the business and provide assurance, as well advice that is attuned to the various business units’ risk appetites.

You will join a mature operational risk function as a senior member of the team. There is a high expectation from the business that you will be able to provide a commercially valuable risk advisory service, as well as solid assurance. You will be given significant responsibilities for running the function on a day to day basis.

As an experienced operational risk professional, you will have previously developed risk framework and tools to manage operational risk. A knowledge of equities and stockbroking business is highly desired as you will need to quickly appreciate the drivers of the business.

We are also recruiting a senior operational risk role for financial markets at the $160k plus bonus level. The key to this role is strong business and product knowledge.
