This is a key appointment with a major organisation that can offer you high levels of responsibility and significant career opportunities. The role will call upon your knowledge of operational risk, leadership skills and stakeholder management. In this autonomous position you will lead a small high calibre team.

You will have reporting lines into the business and be expected to drive a risk program that is ultimately geared towards improving customer outcomes. Good risk management is considered integral to this organisations success. You will work with an established risk framework and a cultural awareness and acceptance of the importance of risk management. It will be your role to develop this to the next level and ensure that risk management is embedded in the business and to ensure that risk management is contributing to better business decisions.

This is considered a senior appointment. You will be able to demonstrate strong leadership skills and an ability to work closely and influence the business. You will have a good understanding of operational risk, together with the ability to apply the concepts in a commercial manner. You will enjoy assisting and developing your team. You will demonstrate the ability to think strategically as well as work towards clearly define outcomes.
